I absolutely love this series! It’s not just the great love stories, it’s the close knit community, the friends, the families. Throw in a little suspense and passion and you have a series that I go back and read again and again.

I too, put my life on hold to ensure my child wasn’t neglected and knew he was loved. I worked endless hours and still do! My parents were life savers, helping whenever I needed it. Like Carrie, I put my heart and soul into my child hoping to raise a morally, productive adult. I LOVED that they included their elderly neighbor in their “family”. So sweet! I read a gifted copy and all opinions stated are my own.

The way everyone knows it but them leads to you rooting for them to realize how much they are meant to be together. Once I started it I couldn’t put it down. A trip back to the Eastern Shore and the lives that fit so nicely together.
